Welcome to Kairo's K9s store! By accessing or using our website (the "Site") or our services (the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or Services.

  1. Delivery Policy:

    • We currently offer delivery within a 50km radius of Saskatoon, SK, for a flat rate charge of $7.00.
    • Orders totaling $200 or more are eligible for free delivery within the specified area.

  2. Prairie Pack Dog Gear:

    • All Prairie Pack Dog Gear items are MADE TO ORDER and may take up to 2 weeks to create and ship.
    • There is a strict no return policy on any Prairie Pack Dog Gear items.
    • Prairie Pack offers a warranty on any damaged product, except in cases where the damage is caused by your dog or negligent use.

  3. General Terms:

    • By placing an order through our Site, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parental permission to make purchases.
    • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a purchase.
    • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

  4. Intellectual Property:

    • All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kairo's K9s store and is protected by copyright laws.

  5. Limitation of Liability:
